These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Complete Window Cleaning website and services. Complete Window Cleaning is a division of Complete Home Maintenance, based in Squamish, British Columbia, Canada.

1. Services

Complete Window Cleaning provides professional window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and related exterior maintenance services for residential and commercial properties across the Sea-to-Sky corridor, from West Vancouver through Whistler and the Gulf Islands.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may be adjusted if property conditions differ materially from the information provided at the time of the quote. We will always communicate any pricing changes before beginning work.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

We schedule services at mutually agreed-upon times. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions, including heavy rain, high winds, or icy conditions. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange an alternative date at no additional cost.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, e-transfer, and cheque. For commercial and strata contracts, net-30 payment terms may be arranged.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

6. Insurance and Liability

Complete Window Cleaning carries comprehensive commercial liability insurance and maintains WorkSafeBC coverage for all crew members. While we take every precaution to protect your property, our liability for any damage is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the affected item, up to the total value of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to broken seals, cracked glass, deteriorated frames, or damaged screens discovered during the course of service.

7. Property Access

You are responsible for ensuring we have safe and clear access to the areas requiring service. This includes securing pets, removing obstacles from work areas, and ensuring gates or access points are available. If we are unable to safely access areas of your property, those areas may be excluded from the service.

8. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that all information is complete or current. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
