How do you determine the quote?

We measure the actual square footage of your windows using our on-site measurement system. Your quote is based on those real measurements — not estimates. Screen services are quoted separately based on type and condition. You see the full breakdown before agreeing to anything.

Do I need to be home?

For the initial quote, yes — our field rep walks you through everything in person. For the actual cleaning, we can work while you're away as long as we have property access.

Do I need to do anything before the crew arrives?

Just close all windows, move any coverings or items blocking window access, and let us know about any cracked or damaged glass beforehand. If you've noticed water getting inside during rain, give us a heads-up so our crew knows before they start.

Can you do screens and washing at the same time?

That's exactly how we're set up. CWC handles the glass, our partners at Brackendale Bug Screens handle the screens. One visit, one quote, one invoice. Screen removal is available as a $30 add-on if you'd like them taken out for a better clean.

No pressure at all. Your quote is valid for 30 days and your property measurements stay on file, so next time is even faster.

What happens if a window can't be cleaned?

If a window is cracked, has a broken seal, is blocked by security bars, or can't be reached safely, our crew will skip it and let you know exactly which ones and why before they leave. We never risk damaging your property.

Do you offer gutter cleaning?

Yes. Our crew can add gutter cleaning to any window washing visit — the equipment is already on the truck. Just ask your estimator or mention it when you book.

What cleaning method do you use?

We use a waterfed pole system with purified water (reverse osmosis + deionization) that leaves zero residue and no streaks. For heavy buildup, we use specialty scrub pads that are safe on glass. It's effective, streak-free, and we clean from the ground — no ladders against your house for upper floors.

What if there's bad weather on my scheduled day?

We monitor conditions closely. Light rain is fine for exterior work, but we'll reschedule if winds exceed 20 km/h for upper-floor work, or if there's heavy rain or near-freezing temperatures. We'll contact you to rebook — no charge.
